By accessing mesatab.com, joining our waitlist, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Early access program

MESATAB is in development. Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not create a contract to provide service, guarantee availability, pricing, features, or a launch date, all of which may change. Any pricing or savings statements on the site are estimates and are not an offer.

Communications and SMS

By providing your contact details and opting in, you agree that we may contact you by email and, where you have consented, by SMS at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The MESATAB name, logo, site content and software are owned by MESATAB and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MESATAB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
