Who we are
MESATAB ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at mesatab.com and the MESATAB commerce platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you join our early-access waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, mobile phone number, business type, the system you currently use and what you pay for it, and the number of devices you operate. We also automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use your information
We use your information to contact you about early access and the launch of MESATAB, to understand demand and shape pricing, to respond to your inquiries, and to send you product updates and, where you have consented, SMS messages. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS messaging and consent
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from MESATAB at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing or informational text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, email and SMS delivery), under agreements that require them to protect it, or where required by law. SMS consent and phone numbers are never sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to operate the waitlist and our services, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing the address below. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
